Italy signed an agreement to boost quality olive oil

The Italian government has signed an agreement with the main associations involved in the entire production chain of olive oil, for which it will predominate with 40 cents per kilo on the market price for olive oil quality, which must have an acidity maximum of 0.4 and meet the highest standards of quality. Thus Italian is expected to relaunch this sector and finally to a national plan for growing olives.
